At Engineer Mindset™, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are custom-made through print-on-demand production partners, all sales are subject to the following refund and replacement policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Policy - the basics 

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are custom printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

• Incorrect color selected by the customer

• Accidental orders

Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost during shipping, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
