Shipping Policy - the basics 

Shipping Policy Order Processing: All products sold through Engineer Mindset™ are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Shipping Times: After production is complete, shipping times generally are:

• United States: 3–10 business days

• Canada: 7–15 business days

• International: 10–30 business days

Shipping times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

​

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and vary based on product type, quantity, and destination.

Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: Lisa@LFPortfolios.com

Please include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Lost Packages: If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
